— Drive business development initiatives and nurture client relationships with European brands and agencies

— Create compelling pitch decks and present to German/ French-speaking audiences alongside our Creative Director

— Collaborate with our London-based Partnerships Director to expand our client base and secure new projects

— Provide team leadership and oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Berlin office

— Work closely with our London operations team to implement best practices and maintain consistency across locations

— Foster a creative and productive work environment that aligns with FIELD.IO's culture and values

— Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, from initial concept to final delivery

— Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

— Facilitate effective communication between clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders

— Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior producer or similar role within a creative agency or design studio

— Strong business acumen with a track record of successful client relationship management and new business acquisition

— Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

— Fluency in English and German; French language skills are a plus

— Outstanding communication and presentation skills

— Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams

— In-depth understanding of creative processes, design trends, and emerging technologies

— Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision for growth and innovation
